yep, another article! it's been a while, cuz I didn't have time to write recently.
So, this article will be about all the little (and big) painful things when you're a PC gamer, from the least painful to the most. Please don't kill me.
It's not very annoying, but sometimes it has delay, so one time I'm in the middle of my Bedwars game, and the window makes me unfocus from the game and I can't move for like 10 seconds.
Yes, I'm a Linux user, but my "gaming" PC still has Windows because I'm too lazy to change it. Sometimes, it will take 4 full minutes to let me in. Windows, what are you doing with your little spinning animation? You just have to check if the password is correct!
My gaming PC is not a laptop, so when I want to play on the go, I have to use my crappy Surface Laptop Go with 4 GB / 64 GB. The games I play run fine... until they don't.
I don't update my graphics card drivers. But I should. Because one day I tried launching Forge with Minecraft, and it wouldn't work. I spent A FULL YEAR investigating, and it was a driver issue.
Yep, Windows itself. Windows uses 9 of my precious 16 GB of RAM, 64 of my 512 GB of storage, and approximately 90% of my CPU constantly. Fuck Windows, fuck Microslop.
I made a separate category for this one because it deserves it (in a bad way). Imagine this: you're playing on a Minecraft SMP with friends, then your PC decides to reboot. The server thinks you're still connected, so your player stays here. A zombie comes. You know how it ends.
I HATE BSOD
I HATE WINDOWS
I HATE MICROSLOP
WINDOWS STOP CRASHING EVERY TIME I TRY TO RUN MY VIDEO EDITOR
yeah, I crashed out on this one. sorry.
So, thanks for reading, and use Linux, because most of these are caused by Windows.
See ya! :D UwU NO NO NOT THIS IM NOT A CAT
